Saving Work:
There are many types of methods to save the work done:
When saving the work the most common method is save the work in the Hard Drive by using word or any other software that was used to do the work, it permits the user to choose the file location while saving.
Another type of method is by using external hard drives or for examples USB's.
The problem with USB's is that if you lose it you can end up without work so the best option is to use both methods if able.
Copyright:
As Copyright we mean that the work you have done has your rights, so it belongs to you.
To prove that the work finished is yours you have to save the work and the dates in which was done.
When having copyright anything if someone want to use it the will have to ask you and you will decide either to him/her the permission to use it or deny the usage of your work/product.
